  This is by far the best pawnshop in Sebring Florida I recommend this to all of my friends and whoever else would like to pawn their belongings. Josh the manager is one awesome guy. So is Lizzy and Zach. Great employees HIGHLY RECOMMEND

  Normally our experience with Capital Pawn is great. Some of the staff are nicer than others but usually our experience is fine. This time we brought our stuff back home and found that it was broken. When we returned to tell them what had happened we were basically accused of breaking our own stuff. They said there was nothing they could do about it and it wasn't their employees that broke it. We were offered no solutions and I was told I would have to google a phone number to talk to someone else and also told that those people wouldnt care either. We are definitely not the kind of people or customers who walk into a store and try to scam them to get something for free. If we broke our stuff we would be more that happy to say we did it. It was completely offensive that we were basically accused of breaking our own stuff and then be told that they couldn't or rather didnt care about doing anything for us. We have had many good experiences with them and have had no trouble with broken items until now. Sorry we will not be back and I definitely won't be recommending them to anyone until that guy is gone from that location.

  I love this pawn shop! I buy games for my son's DS and Wii U, plus other great items they have, mostly musical instruments. They are awesome! They let me take the games home to try out and if they don't work and I keep my receipt within 30 days I can exchange. It's a great place for Christmas and birthday presents, or just to shop around! Extremely helpful!
